Freedom is a Verb - Freeing your voice with Sound

Our voice is not just something you use—it is something your body is. In this five-week series, we explore sound as a physical, vibrational experience that restores coherence, ease, and presence in the body. Through simple, guided vocal sounding, we allow vibration to move through tissue, breath, and awareness, supporting regulation, expression, and embodied clarity.

Each week we will gently sound one of the chakras, not as a performance or technique to master, but as a way of listening inward and letting the body resonate as it naturally does. This is a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where no experience is needed and no “good voice” is required. In fact, this series is especially for you if you worry about how you sound, hold back your voice, or have learned to keep your expression small. Your body doesn’t need perfection—it needs resonance.
